Game Loops to World Select and Blue Square

Whenever I go to load any game it just keeps sending me back to the World Select screen. I've tried loading an old game and creating a new one. Once you select the house it sends you back to World Select. It also gives me a weird blue square.

I've removed all mods, uninstalled, and reinstalled with the same result.

I cannot play until this is fixed.
