Game won't stop crashing

I’ve tried everything to fix my game, but nothing is working. I uninstalled the entire game, deleted my Sims files, and reinstalled it. I checked for broken mods, played without any mods, repaired the game, and deleted every file that was supposed to be removed. Despite all of this, the game still freezes after about 5 minutes of play and then crashes. This has never happened before my game always worked perfectly aside from occasional crashes and that recent roofing issue. The issue started after the most recent update, and I don’t understand what went wrong. My Acer Nitro runs other games flawlessly, so I have no idea why The Sims 4 is crashing. EA, please fix your game. Stop releasing updates that only make things worse.
