Getting a Sims 4 Last exception without mods or cc on my Save File

@Simtasticgallery Could you please remove all mods including BE and post the LE you get on vanilla.

      @Simtasticgallery Did you hide any relationship ? I'd say you have some broken relationship.

      Do you see any symptoms other than the LE ?

        As far as I know, I didn't have any relationship hidden at the time that happened and neither changed them.

        Well the other symptop it had was, whenever I tried to change a Sim in CAS (the appearance or whatever) their thumbnails didn't load properly and I couldn't save and sometimes it did (see attached photos) as an example of what was happening.

        However, now that I tried without mods and cc this last time and still got the L.E I don't know how to feel about it (luckily I had a previous backup of this Save File I am telling you about) but is this L.E something "safe to ignore"?
