Getting non played sims into relationships/marriage, can you?

   I have a question and I'm somewhat new to this website so I'm not sure I posted this in the right place.  What are the ways you can influence non played sims and townies to get into relationships/...

@Thehiddenreturns his, I'm not sure if this works on all devices but putting in a cheat can help you edit relationships

so you'll type 'testingcheats true' and then type 'cas.fulleditmode'
obviously without the quotations 🙂
