[GF] No Sims spawn on movie set

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.335.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Journey to Batuu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load into a game with a sim in the acting career. Follow the acting sim to work for a gig.
What happens when the bug occurs? The movie set lot is empty, except for your sim that you're playing with.
What do you expect to see? All of the sims required for an acting gig should show up on the lot.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I followed my actor sim to her first gig, but when she showed up to the set, she was the only sim there. I removed my mods, and she still couldn't complete her next acting gig. Attached is a screenshot showing my sim being the only one on the set of her acting gig.

    @MxOddity Could you test another Sim for testing purposes if the same happens ?

    Did you also delete the localthumbcache file after removing your mods/cc ?

    @crinrict I deleted my localthumbcache file when I initially removed my mods. However, I tried using a different sim in a new save just now, and all of the sims that were supposed to be on set were there, so I guess maybe it's just the sim/save file I initially used that's having the issue?

    @crinrict No, there have only ever been 2 sims in the household (1 human sim and 1 cat). Other households in the save have 8 sims or less as far as I know.

    I tried your save. Went home from the lot and waited for the gig to come around again and sent the Sim to work

    As you can see, there's people spawning.

    Can you try if it works for you a second time ?

    @crinrict I retried the save. I sent my sim home and let her retry the gig, and other sims spawned on the lot this time.

    @MxOddity Maybe something just went wrong the first time.
