[GF] Sim does not have ability to record confident vlog on video station

My sim has maxed out the media production skill. I would expect him to be able to record a confident video or vlog (I can't remember exactly which it is called), but the option is not available. I changed his mood to energetic and there was a mood-based option available for that. I don't know if it's relevant, but his last video that he was recording prior to this was a confident vlog, but it got interrupted when I left the lot.

My other sims are able to record the confident vlogs, they are all the regular amount of confident, not very confident. Restarting my game seems to have fixed the issue with the original sim as well.

it's showing up for me fine so it may have to do with the interruption. Can you test another Sim ? Can you test if it works if the Sim is only confident and not very confident ?

I tested my game and it works though even when canceling.
