Gifting Life and Death for Christmas will they get the "Macabre Mementos"

For Steam specifically, any bonus content is acquired at the time the pack is redeemed on the account.

Even if the pack is purchased before the 12th, since it won't be redeemed until the 25th the account won't receive the Macabre Mementos content I'm afraid.
