Goals not registering on date

I don't know if this has been mentioned before or not, but when I'm on a date and the goals are turned on, for some reason the "order food for your table" and "socialize about meal" goals are not recognized in the GOALS when performed. I'll have both sims perform these actions multiple times but the GOALS will stay at zero. This makes it impossible to earn gold on a date.
