annawoods2379 LadyGiggles84 Dysana Try moving accountDataDB.package to the desktop; it's in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. You'll need to let the game clock run for a bit, maybe 10-30 sim-minutes, to see whether this helped.
