Gshade not working in gameplay

My gshade was working perfectly before the recent patch, but now it doesn’t want to show up in my gameplay. It works on my loading screen and when I press tab, but other than that, I can’t see it when I’m playing. Does anyone know how I can fix it PLEASE??!?!
