[GTW] Scientist - impossible to fulfill the goal of getting to know a coworker

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You need to go to work as a scientist and when the goal comes up to get to know a colleague, you get to know him, choose a few friendly actions and it doesn’t count.
It also shows up when you know all of your coworkers.
The last time it happened was at the second level of a scientist's career.
I checked it on a new save without mods.
What happens when the bug occurs? The goal is not fulfilled and remains until the end of the working day.
What do you expect to see? You meet a colleague and the goal is fulfilled.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
- @Ghost-Phantom Random friendly actions are not what it asks for - if it says "Get to Know", then you need to go to Friendly > Small Talk > Get to Know and use that specific interaction.
