This has been ongoing for months. I don't know why the guests keep doing this action. It's honestly so sad that I have to add a door to my kitchen and lock it for household members only... Anyone else have the issue?
So I'm playing sims 4 like normal and with the new Life and Death pack I ended up asking Grim to be my roommate just for the fun of it. The big problem which can be a bit annoying at times is when he cooks, he cooks nothing but white cake and nothing else. At one point I had 15 to 20 cakes in my fridge cause he gets bored and starts making more cake. My kids and other members of the family won't make more food and just grab the cake and everyone complains about eating too much sweets. Send help lol why is this happening?

Ok, so i notice when I visit or stay for a few days at my sim's friends house, their family member keeps cooking white cake? I tried with different household and it keeps doing it. Is it a bug? Started seeing this after Business update.

iKathness Woodruff1987 Do you have the Eco Lifestyle expansion pack? Making white cakes is one of the things that the Foodies Unite NAP causes NPC sims to do obsessively. So, if you don't like the behavior, then you need to repeal the NAP via the mailbox or the Instant Repeal debug cheat, also found on the mailbox. If it is happening on a lot in a zone other than the one your sim lives in, you'll have to play a household in that zone briefly to repeal it.

I noticed a few days ago that when Sims visit my lot, they come inside and bake a white cake. It's every single time, no rhyme or reason. It later came to a head at a funeral, when literally everyone in the event got the ingredients out of the fridge to make a white cake. Only two Sims were successful, as I have one oven on this lot.
My sim has recently acquired roommates. One of her roommates does not stop making cakes. To the point he is wetting himself and passing out because he is not taking care of his own needs to make cakes. My fridge is full of cake and my counters are full of semi-prepared cake. My table is always full of empty cake plates which is made even more annoying by the current bug that will not let me drag dishes into the trash cans or sink.
Whilst I’m all for letting people enjoy their hobbies, I feel like this is a bug, because I’ve never had a roommate so obsessed with cake.
I don’t really want to kick him out, but is there any way to fix the fact he won’t stop baking cakes?
If you have Eco Lifestyle pack, try checking to see if the Foodies Unite NAP is enacted. This could be causing this. You can repeal the plan at the community voting board.
