Hi everybody. In general, for me this event started a week ago for sure, but it feels like it probably started even earlier. And the problem is that a message about this event popped up, I received the first reward, and after that I can’t get anything and I don't see anything. There is nothing on the main page about this event, no notifications either. It's like it just disappeared. At the same time, I have the reward that I've received and it is available (darts). That's it, and there's nothing I can do. I have already disabled and removed all the mods, but still nothing. Please help☹️
P.S. I'm Mac user

8. No, I do have mods in my mod folder, but they are turned of in game sttings (last time I played with them was a few weeks ago)
9. Don't have one yet, the error reporter showed an error
10. Yes!! I updated the game and then the whole event including the items I've claimed are gone! Before updating, it all worked perfect.
Hopefully there will be a soluting very quick, becuase I just want to claim these items. Thanks for helping me!

One more question though, did you have it before the patch ? Just been rereading your post and just making sure that was the case for you.

8. Yes, I´m using mods, but I also tested it without mods (and deleted the cache) - no changes. The tile with the freezer bunny and the pop-up, I had before, are gone.
9. I have the same problem like Daniel - I don't have one, because the error reporter showed an error when I try to report the problem via the EA App.
10. Yes, the problems showed up after the last patch.

Menu > Help > App Recovery
If this doesn't help with the EA app reporter, reinstall EA app.
