Having a problem pay bills since new pack installed

I am unable to pay bills in the Sims 4 game.  I was doing fine.  I moved to the new fairy world, and then moved out.  Now I am unable to pay bills for the house.  Right now my house has its own well ...

I don't use mods.  But if I chose to, I will add that to my mountain of Sims knowledge.

Perhaps try testing by moving to another home. Then move back again and see if the issue remains.

    I did that too.  It didn't work.  I hope this restarting everything will work.  I'll see in a few minutes.
