Heatproof sim still burning up while jogging?

So I made a sim with the outdoor trait and the gardener aspiration, also gave him a dog so he can take her out for jogs. Eventually I gave him the heatproof and iceproof traits from the reward store....

@Takata5 A number of the traits don't work at all. In fact, the Sickness Resistance trait will guarantee your sim gets sick constantly. I never use it any more, my sims get sick all the time every time I try it.
