HELP Error 801 - Mac

Hi there,

I have been playing Sims 4 since 2016 and have a lot of legacy families.

I released that the last time I went onto sims 4 that many of my households were dying and the lots were being bulldozed. Really frustrating considering the time and money that has been put into this game, especially when EA said they are unable to do anything about it.

Then I login today to see that I can not recover any of my previous saves and an Error 801 comes up saying that I should restart the game. The game also won't load onto any household lots.

(also the game makes me update every time I go onto EA, I have repaired the game but it is still occurring)

If anyone has a solution, please help!
