@SaintMorning they seem to be Victorian Boots that come with Get Famous, they are unused in CAS, so they won't show at all.
You can make them appear with a mod called 'Unlocked CAS Parts'.
@PugLove888At this point, that's probably what it is. In the Reddit thread someone did point out that it might be a career unlock, but they also pointed out that there wasn't a list available for the career unlocks, surprisingly(I didn't find one either, but I'm also lazy). So I came on here to see if someone could confirm that or give me any other ideas, since I'm not willing to go through all the careers or other stuff by myself, even with "workarounds" available. I might never find the truth of the boot, but I'm only curious for so long.
