Help! Stuck on Loading Screen When Accessing Some Lots in Brindleton Bay

Hi everyone,

I recently bought 2 expansion packs for The Sims 4. But I have an issue in one of previous expansion packs: Cats&Dogs. When I try to open certain lots in Brindleton Bay, the loading screen appears, the music changes, and I can even hear sounds and click on some objects but the loading screen never goes away, and I can't properly enter the lot for neither to build nor to visit.

How can I fix it?

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ?

       

      Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

      - Delete the ones you have
      - Trigger the error again
      - Check if new ones are created
      - If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.
