HELP WHERE DID MY FACE OPTION GO??

im so confused it just disappeared one day i dont think its related to my mods.../ cc
does anyone how to fix this? ive repaired on steam and cleared all broken mods and cc and clicked through every option

Try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
