Help with lot type

So I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this. This is my first time on the Sims 4 forums. I wanted to reach out though and ask for help on something. Hopefully, if this is not the right place to ask this, someone can point me in the right direction on where I can find more information on this. I have a cute outdoor dining lot that I downloaded from the gallery. It uses the food booths from the city expansion pack. The lot type is listed as generic, and there's no room to fit bathrooms. MyS can still visit the lot, but the vendors don't open up the booths when they do. I'm a little disappointed that I can't figure out how to get them to come out and open these booths. If any of you have suggestions or know how to fix this, would you be willing to share that information with me? The lot is really cute, and I'd like to be able to play with it. Thank you!
