Horses keep glitching and reset button doesn't do anything

It's only happening to the horses as far as I've noticed, I can play as normal for a few mins and then at different times the horses will just freeze in their spot, but their tails and heads are stil...

are you using any mods/cc ?

My horse froze in place yesterday for a few sec but it went to normal shortly after so yours sounds different.

Do you have this with every horse or just this particular one ?

    no mods but do have cc! its happening with all the horses but no other animals
