Household funds dont work in buy mode

I delete a vet clinic and placed a house in a lot, then my sim family moved there. Their funds are working just normally if they buy something from the computer etc, but not on buy mode. On buy mode they can sell or buy things and it doesnt effect their funds either way.

I evicted them and move them to to another lot and their funds worked normally. I also tried to place another house to that bug lot and same thing happened with the money. 

How to reset that problematic lot or what should i do?

    @nienna112 Can you try setting the lot type back to vet clinic and then set it to residential again ?

    Does the money amount show normal in build mode or kinda bugged ?

    Also if you click on the lot form the map, do you have the option to sell the property ? If so, sell it.

    I’m also experiencing this after changing a vet lot to residential. I tried changing from vet to residential, then I tried changing it to bar and then back to residential but the issue persists.
