Sim won't move

I thought it was a broken mod, but when I go into the game, my sim just doesnt move. ive did the cheat reset object on her, removed ALL of my mods, even deleted localthumbcache package. Theres nothing blocking her path, she just doesnt want to move. helppp!!!
