@Sabirah I'd like this as well. I wouldn't play a big household but I create them and then split them out into different households.
So my current extended family is 3 celebrity cousins, but the game doesn't let me create cousins so I created triplets for their mothers and then created their daughters. I could only add 2 dads as a result because there was no room for another one. They were then split into parents homes and young adult kids in their own homes.
A lot of my Sims are created this way and if I could just add 2 more in CAS it would be great.
