How can I remove screenshotting in sims 4?

You can't but you do not have to use it if you don't want to. Just don't press C.

 You can't "remove" the option. If you don't want to use it, then don't.

If your question was about getting rid of photos from the "screen" folder, simply delete the whole folder. The game will create a new, empty one.
