How do I get rid of Emit?

Emit is always at my property.  He comes any time day or night.  I'm tired of having to deal with him.  I send him home, I've used MCCC to delete him ... he comes back.  I've used MCCC to kill him ... he comes back.  The only place he doesn't show up at are my vacations.   When he leaves it's always by a fireplace.  My thing with Emit is done.  Why is he still around and why is he always.in.my.house????   Thank you.
