Emit is always at my property. He comes any time day or night. I'm tired of having to deal with him. I send him home, I've used MCCC to delete him ... he comes back. I've used MCCC to kill him .....
Perhaps try making a new household and adding him to that household, and move them to a new home.This may somehow trigger him to not be at your property.
