How do I stop lessons from displaying on login?

I got Business and Hobbies and it keeps showing me lessons (I think that's what these pop ups are) when I log in. What they are about changes but they are all about B+H content:

I have all tutorials and lessons disabled. How do I stop these messages when I start the game? No, removing mods doesn't help.
