How to edit sim relationship so they are no longer siblings?

I was playing around with a few settings and cheats and accidently made two of my sims related. I was fool who didn't notice what I did until it was to late and saved my game. I don't know how to und...

@Raven_Lavender Hello!  Just to clarify, I think you're saying you entered the cas.fulleditmode cheat while you were in CAS.  Is that correct?  If so, try entering the cheat in live mode and then send your household to CAS.  I just tested this and noticed when I was in CAS, the cheat didn't work.  The relationships menu was grayed out and I didn't have the option to change them.  However, it did work when I entered the cheat in live mode first.  When I took my sims into CAS after that, the relationships menu was unlocked.
