How to fix eye makeup
So, this has kinda been an issue for a while now where my characters' eye makeup are extremely squiggly or jagged and just don't look like how they should and I don't even think it's the cc/mods sinc...

Try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
