    rosemow​ THANK YOU SO MUCH!  I didn't realize I had to look at the Gallery from IN GAME!  Oh wow, that was the solution, yes!

I am sorry that you are having issues finding it. Could you perhaps post a screenshot of what the gallery looks like in your game? It may help to see what it looks like. 
Also, make sure that you are online/logged in.
