How to maintain "high" relationships with co-workers? [PS4]

    You see it on the Sims icons when they are at Work, School or somewhere else than where the currently controlled Sim is.

When at work choose to socialize with coworkers by clicking the lightning icon.

Would you be able to perhaps provide a screenshot of what this "lightning" icon would look like or where it could be located? Please! Thank you!
