How to turn off time-limited events
I want to do the Reaper's Rewards quest in one save but I don't want it popping up in every household in every save. How do I turn it off?

@SorrahV I merged your post with the main thread.
Try the following
- Turn off online social features access in your game options
- Close the game
- Move accountDataDB.package to the desktop
- Start the game.
- You will loose access to the gallery as well.
This doesn’t work for us on consoles. We are forced to have the silly challenge icon on our screens whether we want it or not.
I wish they would just fix the basic bugs (like Sims showering in their underwear) and pause these mandated challenges

- @nickinbigd For console it would probably work if you do it before the game knows about the event. It's too late for this one but for the next one, turn off the option as soon as you hear about it.
