[HSY] Can't interact with lockers (other than mine)

I can't interact with locker other than mine, nothing happen when I click on them, so there is no prank interaction (I don't know if it is suppose to have others interaction). You can see on the 2 screens that my locker is clickable but not the others.

I tried initially in my save (I play on it since years and I have mods and cc on it, and it was in a High School from the gallery, made without any cc on it). 

I tried again on a new save after removing mods and cc, repairing the game, delete localthumbcache.package, and on the original high school lot. The bug remain the same (the screens are from this save).
