Hi, sorry for the late late reply. Yes, I've tried cleaning my user folder as described below, and the issue is still there - no high school experience for my Sims ):
Prom has some issues so maybe this is just the usual bug you have ? Do you have anything else missing other than prom ?
It should be fixed soon. Please post back after the next patch if you continue to have issues.
