I accidentally deleted the in labor moodlet

I accidentally deleted the "In Labor" moodlet for my sim and she never gave birth and couldn't interact with the hospital stuff or do the check-in acting at the front desk. I restarted my game and she didn't have her pregnancy belly anymore, but there wasn't a baby. I tried having my sims try for another baby, but when I go to have her take a pregnancy test,t the only options that show up are the normal toilet interactions, plus "throw up" but she doesn't have any pregnancy moodlet or show any signs of progressing in her pregnancy. How do I fix this?
