I can click on my sims or interact with others

It is January 19th, 2025 I have not opened the sims 4 since like November 2024 and when I opened it today I had to update it and the game worked fine for like 2 hours and then when I switched from my 1 sim household to a 3 sim household I was able to play for at least 2 minutes before I was no longer able to click on my sims or have them interact with other sims, I was able to have them interact with other objects and horses. I took out all of my mods and put them back in small batched but nothing. I updated ui cheats, mccommand center, and tmx mods and still nothing. I then deleted ui cheats and tmx mods from my mods fold and still nothing. I tried opening a new save file and again worked for a minute and then went back to not letting my click on my sims or having them interact with other sims. If anyone has any tips on how to fix this please let me know.
