I can't do anything with my Sim.

Every time I try to interact with other Sims, I only see the option to give a gift, but it won't let me have any other interactions. Besides that, I can't level up any skills because every time I start an action, it's automatically canceled.

It won't let me use items unless I'm converting them into relics.

At first, I thought it was just one of the thousands of bugs everyone was experiencing, so I waited for the update, but nothing changed. Then I tried repairing the game, but that didn't work either, and I don't have any mods installed, so I don't think that's the reason. 

I don't know what to do anymore.

    12741028​  In what world are you playing?  And which lot?  Is this happening in only that world or more than one, or all worlds.  There are circumstances in the game where you can't interact with lots of sims that are not on a lot and just passing through.  

    I also suggest you test in in a new save to see if the same thing happens there.
