I can't place diving Boards or water slide.

I have the same issue especially with the high diving board and have to solve it with the move objects cheat. 

Windows laptop, direct x11, no mods or cc ever, all packs etc owned.

could you post a video of what your trying ? They can be a bit flimsy at times

I nearly always have to use moveobjects cheat to place them. Sometimes they just seem to be a floor above the ground floor even though you are on the ground floor and will not place at all,

It won't let me post videos on here, but it doesn't let me put it on the ground it's floor or wall.
