I lost all of my households and lots

I was playing the game this morning (10/19/2025) just past midnight CDT in the states.  The game crashed and gave me a 3 digit error code that I can't recall.  Before it crashed it would not let me enter the household I was trying to play.  After the game crash I relaunched it and all of my households were gone.  After restarting my PC all of my mods, households, and lots were erased.  How can I restore them, because I spent 30+ hours on it.
