I put in the redeem code, cats and dogs does not show up
I entered the redeem code for dogs and cats expansion pack for Sims 4 on PC. When I go in to the world maps Brindleton Bay is locked. I have also checked the panel for extra content and it does not show up. Only if I go to redeem codes and put it in again, it shows that I already claimed it.

It's possible that your code for the DLC was redeemed on the account without the base game. However, our advisers will be able to quickly establish what happened exactly and help you out.
