I take my pet to the vet and no one comes to see him

   Hi guys, I have something to share with you. Is very disappointing when u buy a expansion and doesn't works like u want. The cat of my sim was sick so I took her to the vet and even though the vet has an owner, there was no one there, not even the employees! This happens with another expansions that i have too. Like "Get to Work", I I take my sims to the store and no one is working there, this is very disappointing!!! I thought that would be like the "Dine Out" package. Can someone tell me if this is normal??? :(

(I have already uninstalled and installed the game, I will test it again. And sorry if my English was bad I'm Brazilian, I'm still learning the language). Dag Dag!
