Impossible to see through windows

Here is my file. I must tell you that since I wrote about this problem it seems to not affect every world all the time. It seems to be selective. For example none of the buildings in Norhaven have the problem.

I see you're still on Windows 7 with very old graphics drivers (doubt there are new ones as the OS is no longer supported)
I found two threads on windows which are this one: [OPEN] [V] [DU] Glass missing or no reflectivity on glass in certain worlds | EA Forums - 11309015 this affects certain worlds and this one: [OPEN] Some windows are grey and opaque on MAC | EA Forums - 11145632 that was for Macs only though at the time. Yours does look different then the first one and unfortunately the pics for the second are no longer working.
There's also one for a specific window: Mega Window (Deluxe) lacks transparent glass | EA Forums - 4983735
Do the same Windows work in one world but not another ?
Have you tried adjusting your graphics settings ? Did you ever change anything about the GraphicsRules.sgr file and have a copy of that in your configoverride folder ?

I am aware that with my window 7 I am a dinosaure😁 . It will change when my bank account will permit me to change my PC (hopefully in a few months).
To answer your questions :
The Mega window does not have a problem in my game.
I have never changed the GraphicsRules.sgr file.
As for my graphic settings they are all at maximum. Lowering them does not change anything.
I did not look in all the worlds, but I have seen it in Henford-on -Bagley, Tartosa and Britechester. But as I said it is selective. I think I will try reinstalling the game.
So you have no files in configoverride ? Can you check just to be sure ?

Yesterday I decided to get the new patch. I saved all my game elsewhere, deleted the sims 4 file, got the maj and got a new sims 4 file. Repaired the game. Put everything back in (mods, CC, etc.) Repaired the game and closed my PC. This morning, when I opened the game the windows were all correct. Will it stay like this? I hope so.
I did download the Gforce security update but I have not already installed it. I am a bit scare.
