Industrial Eco Footprint

I’m on PS5, and playing a household in forgotten hollow. All my sims have the “gross air” moodlet. the industrial eco footprint setting is turned off in game options, and it’s still a moodlet. I only have one fireplace and I put 2 turbines and a solar panel on the roof and it’s still not working.
