@EmMac1066 I think it also matters what the other lots in the neighborhood have? You could go edit all the neighbors and make sure they have green appliances and paint etc.
@PipMenace Sorry, but that have no effect what so ever on the environment. It's fun to do for storytelling purposes, but it will have no effect on the footprint.
