Infinite Loading for Chic Street Apartments

Are you using mods/cc ? What platform are you on ?

Hi crinrict, I play on Windows and yes, I do use some CC and Mods in my game.

I keep them up to date whenever a new patch it released but I've just tried using loading the game with CC/Mods disabled and both apartments now load so it must be related to something....not for the gruelling task of working out which piece is causing it. 

I wonder why it's just those two apartments.

It most likely you have on the lot has a broken item  in it cc related if you don't have cc than its broken mods such as tool 

 Simeralla TOOL when broken doesn't affect lot loading, and isn't doing that now. 

miklc A few different mod-related issues cause this. Yours sounds like you have CC that isn't updated for DX11. You can run a batch fix for that in Sims 4 Studio. 
Other causes include removing CC that had a Milestone associated with it; Lumpinou has a Milestones Fixes bugfix mod for that. Also, removing food mods when you still had plates etc. of the food in the lot. Or removing/broken careers/gigs mods, which you'd want to update and put back or try a "save as" for. 

luthienrisingThank you so much for this suggestion, I downloaded Sims 4 Studio and watched a tutorial on YouTube and  after doing a batch fix to "Update Images for DX11" is seems to have fixed the problem - thank you! What is weird is that I don't think I was using any of the CC that was broken within this two lots that I can recall but nonetheless I'm happy they're working. 

Does anyone know if the ceiling issue (above) is just a bug with San Myshuno apartments generally? 

Could be you had floor CC that was affected. I'd suggest bringing that other question to Gameplay Questions.

The screenshots in the (archived) linked thread are closer to yours, but it appears to be the same issue regardless.  Feel free to post in and/or upvote the newer bug report.
