Infinite Loading Screen after placing lots and going back to manage worlds

Hey guys, I searched the forum first and didn't see any issues that matched mine so here i am, please let me know if there is a forum with this issue already that i didn't see!   ***I took out mods...

I guess I should add that the lots are from the gallery- any residential lot I try to place this happens to. If i place a sim on those lots and try to play with them i get the infinite loading screen as well so I'm really not sure what is going on.
