Infinite loading screen

I'm so aggravated, I have a legacy world and cannot get into it at ALL. I've updated all my mods and deleted any conflicting. I've tried loading my world without script mods and I just can't get in. I really don't want to make a new save as I love these sims and have watched them grow up and JUST started a storyline for one that I was really excited to do. I've been trying for DAYS and I'm genuinely upset.

    Kcmilling​ I had a similar problem once after I exited (and saved the game) when not in the Live mode (prob when editing townies' households). Unfortunately, exiting not in the Live mode breaks the save and you should restore the previous save version.

    Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    • Delete the ones you have
    • Trigger the error again
    • Check if new ones are created
    • If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
