Infinite visitors bug after February 25th update

Since I downloaded the February 25th update random townies come to visit my house at an insane rate. One come to knock on the door and when they leave, an other one is already coming up the porch. In one day sims I had like 30 back to back visits. 

The amount of visits before the update was more realistic, less annoying and made more sense. 

The solicitations calls we receive from Sims Friends also seems oddly abundant/unbalanced. (call to ask advice, calls to ask to join a job, calls to invite you to an event, etc.) 

Unsure if it's related to the world and lot in particular or if it is a widespread problem, but I'm currently using the Pebble Burrow lot in Oasis Spring.

Game Version: 1.113.227.1030 DX11

I have all the Expansion Packs, almost all the Game Pack (Except Wedding Story and Journey to Batuu) I have the following Stuff Packs: Nifty Knitting, Moschino, My First Pet, Laundry Day, Vintage Glamour, Backyard, Romantic Garden, Movie Hangout and Perfect Patio. I also have those Kits: Holiday Celebration Pack, Grim Ghoulish Guitar, Desert Luxe, Decor to the Max and Bust the Dust.

I USE ZERO MODS.
PC: Windows 11

Anyone else experiencing the same?
