installed packs are deactivated and wont activate

i just installed the new update and when i go into the game it says my packs are disabled so i clicked to re enable them in marketplace and then when the app restarts it still shows deactivated. i to...

Hey frankie021211,

Can you try clearing the EA App's cache and repairing the game before reactivating them in Marketplace?

i have done that multiple times and it still won’t enable them in market place and the packs are all downloaded.

Infants can't use playmat
In my current save the infant cannot use the "original" play mat, does not matter if it's from the POV of the infant or the parent. Edit By crinrict: Adjusted Title to better reflect the issue
